Senior React Native Developer:
Senior React Native Developer is responsible for requirement analysis, design, construction, testing, and
implementation of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate
software development life cycle methodology and React Native and its ecosystem.

Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. • Build seamless integrations with backend APIs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement engaging & responsive user interfaces that align with design

principles. • Optimize applications for maximum performance across a variety of mobile devices and platforms. • Develop reusable components and libraries to streamline development and ensure consistent experiences. • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in React Native applications, ensuring reliability and responsiveness. • Leverage tools and practices to implement state management (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Context API) effectively. • Integrate third-party libraries and native modules when required, ensuring smooth interoperability with the

React Native ecosystem. • Write unit tests and conduct integration testing to ensure high-quality code. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile application build, deployment, and release management. • Stay updated on the latest React Native and mobile development trends, tools, and best practices. • Collaborate with backend developers, QAs, and product teams to ensure seamless development and delivery. • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. • Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and planning.

Qualification and Experience: • 8+ years of development experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in React Native development. • Strong understanding of React Native architecture, React hooks, and mobile app development. • Experience with native mobile development for iOS and Android is a plus. • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices. • Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications. • Familiarity with popular libraries and tools in the React Native ecosystem, such as React Navigation, Axios,

AsyncStorage, and Expo. • Knowledge of native build tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and dependency management tools such as

CocoaPodsand Gradle and Experience with version control systems like Git. • Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging tools. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, AppCenter, or GitHub Actions. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
