A Pharmaceutical Stores and Dispatch Executive for spare parts is responsible for managing the inventory of precision machine components (like sieves, screens, punches, and dies) and coordinating their secure shipment to pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. Because pharma machinery requires strict adherence to regulatory standards, this role demands absolute data accuracy, compliance, and structured inventory management.

Inventory Management: Perform material tagging (e.g., separating items into Quarantine, Approved, or Rejected status) and organize spares systematically in designated locations using the 5S framework.
Order Verification: Cross-verify the technical specifications of machinery components against purchase orders to ensure 100% accuracy before packing.
Dispatch & Documentation: Generate invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP or Tally.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate daily dispatches of materials to stockists, distributors, or specific client plants, tracking shipment status until successful delivery.
Audit Compliance: Assist the quality control and operations teams in maintaining clean, trace-ready paperwork required for external pharmaceutical audits

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
