The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications across the full stack. You should be comfortable driving technical direction, challenging assumptions constructively, and designing solutions that balance business needs with long-term maintainability. This role requires someone who thinks beyond just writing code — a developer who understands architecture, performance, user experience, security, and cloud deployment holistically.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core (backend) and React (frontend).
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions with clean separation of concerns.
Build responsive, reusable, and performance-optimized UI components using React and TypeScript.
Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core.
Make informed technical decisions aligned with long-term system scalability and business goals.
Apply OOP principles, SOLID design principles, and appropriate design patterns.
Ensure high code quality through code reviews, refactoring, automated testing, and adherence to standards.
Optimize applications for performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.'
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure preferred).
Contribute to architectural discussions and proactively identify risks and improvement areas.
Integrate third-party systems and AI-powered services where applicable.
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence within the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8–13 years of professional software development experience.
Strong backend expertise in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework / Dapper, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
Strong frontend expertise in React (with Hooks and modern patterns), TypeScript, Redux / Context API (state management), HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), AntDesign, SASS, LESS, CSS Grid, CSS FlexBox, Material UI.
Strong understanding of - component-based architecture, OOP and SOLID principles, Clean Architecture / Layered Architecture, RESTful services and microservices.
Experience with databases - SQL Server / PostgreSQL, NoSQL (MongoDB preferred).
Experience with Docker and containerization, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Messaging systems (RabbitMQ / Kafka).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred – EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
Strong understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, role-based access).
Experience writing unit tests and integration tests (NUnit/xUnit, Jest/React Testing Library).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
