Job Description: AI Teacher – AI Tools & Career Mentor

*Position Title:* AI Teacher (AI Tools & Corporate Applications Mentor)

*Department:* Training / Academic / EdTech

*Location:* Remote / Online

*Qualification:* Master's Degree (Mandatory)

*Compensation:*3000 per class for basic AI course

5000 per class for AI in HR course

## Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, knowledgeable, and passionate AI Teacher to conduct structured training sessions on AI tools and their applications in modern corporate environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classes, mentoring students, and providing personalized career guidance to help learners develop future-ready AI skills.

## Key Responsibilities

### Teaching & Training

* Conduct interactive online/offline classes on AI tools and their real-world applications.

* Teach AI productivity, automation, content creation, research, and data-driven tools used in corporate settings.

* Simplify complex AI concepts for students with varying levels of technical knowledge.

* Design and deliver structured lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.

* Ensure hands-on learning through demonstrations, case studies, and live projects.

### Mentoring & Student Support

* Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions with students.

* Guide learners in AI career planning, skill development, and professional growth.

* Provide personalized feedback and learning recommendations.

* Help students understand industry expectations and job-readiness requirements.

### Engagement & Communication

* Deliver confident and engaging presentations and classroom sessions.

* Foster student participation through discussions, activities, and practical exercises.

* Address student queries during and after training sessions.

* Motivate and inspire students to pursue careers in AI and emerging technologies.

### Performance & Monitoring

* Track student progress and maintain performance records.

* Identify learning gaps and recommend improvement strategies.

* Ensure consistent learning outcomes across different batches.

* Support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.

## Required Qualifications & Skills

* Master's Degree in any relevant field (Mandatory).

* Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical business applications.

* Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to mentor, coach, and guide students effectively.

* Confident, energetic, and student-focused personality.

* Proficiency in multiple languages is required

## Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or EdTech platforms.

* Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

* Passion for AI, education, and skill development.

* Leadership mindset with strong mentoring capabilities

* Proficiency in multiple languages is required
