Are you a builder who learns by doing? Do you spend your free time tinkering with code, breaking things, and fixing them just to see how they work? If so, we want to talk to you.

We are looking for a motivated Mobile App Developer with a passion for Flutter and Kotlin to join our team in a flexible, internship-style collaboration. We don’t care about a perfect 5-page corporate resume or decades of formal job experience. We care about your ability to build real, functioning software.

Whether you are a student, a self-taught developer, a recent graduate, or an engineer transitioning from another stack—if you have a GitHub repository full of experimental projects, freelance work, or college apps you are proud of, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As a core contributor to our mobile ecosystem, you won't just be fetching coffee or doing mindless data entry. You will be treating this like a real product ownership role. You will:

Build & Iterate: Develop, test, and deploy new mobile app features using Flutter and Kotlin.
Craft UI/UX: Translate design wireframes into smooth, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
Connect Systems: Integrate backend services, RESTful APIs, and cloud databases (like Firebase).
Debug & Optimize: Hunt down bugs, profile app performance, and continuously iterate based on user feedback.
Influence Product: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute directly to product development decisions. Your voice matters here.

Our Tech Stack

Core: Flutter with Web support (Dart) & Backend (Kotlin)
Plus Skills (Nice to have): Firebase ecosystem, REST APIs, Git/Version Control, and general Flutter knowledge.

Who You Are (Requirements)

We are looking for a specific mindset rather than a specific degree. You are a great fit if you possess:

Hands-on Building Ability: You have already built and deployed (or at least run locally) real projects.
High Curiosity & Ownership: You don't just wait for instructions. You look at a problem, research solutions, and take ownership of the outcome.
Independent Problem-Solving: You are comfortable digging through documentation, Stack Overflow, or AI tools to unblock yourself when you get stuck.
Consistency: Because this is a remote and flexible role, you must be a disciplined self-starter who can communicate effectively and hit agreed-upon milestones.
