Hyland is looking for an experienced and solutions-driven Salesforce Application Developer to join our Information Systems team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for building solutions within Hyland's Salesforce platform with a focus on configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud managed packages — with a strong emphasis on CPQ and Billing to support Hyland's internal Accounting and Finance processes. Translate business and technical requirements into working solutions in accordance with best practices; design, prototype, build, and configure solutions and support solution design for other team members.

Communicate and gain approval from team members on developed solutions; revise and modify as necessary; collaborate with other areas of the business in the development of solutions.

Develop and execute unit and integration testing of business applications; ensure performance is optimal, resolve any issues, and advise business customers on testing practices.

Maintain and support developed solutions; ensure all solutions are developed and documented in a manner that allows for ease of maintenance by our support team.

Migrate solutions within the DevOps pipeline using designated tools and adhere to change management procedures; participate in planning, prioritizing, and estimating incoming work.

Identify opportunities to improve team standards and work with peers to drive process improvement; safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the company's internal systems and data by complying with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job.

5+ years of experience supporting the Salesforce platform; additional experience integrating financial systems, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and/or Billing preferred.

Experience with declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities, including Flow, Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.

Good oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact; good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Good collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members and professionalism with those outside of the department; good attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience supporting additional financial systems and integration platforms within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Strong familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud managed packages, with a focus on CPQ and Billing to support internal Accounting and Finance processes.

Good ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact; demonstrated ability to safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of company systems and data.

Experience with DevOps pipelines and change management procedures within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Knowledgeable in both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities as well as integrations with related packages and applications.
