The Supervisor role brings over 3-7 years of experience in the field of market research - primarily data processing. Need to have experience in all aspects of data processing, including SPSS, quanvert data validation etc. Should have a good experience of managing team of at least 2 to 5 team members.
S/He will have responsibility to manage internal team as well as client. Should be able to execute all kind and different complexity level studies. Should be able to train, motivate, groom, build good relationship with internal as well as external stake holder.
Should have good experience on budgeting, planning, scheduling, training, managing escalations, doing root cause analysis and working closely with the team and providing feedback.
Has knowledge, experience in managing studies, should be expert on programmatic platform quantum and\or dimensions and should have ability to manage projects of various types - tracking (continuous and wave), copy-testing, concept-testing, segmentation and/or different types of brands and market sectors
Should be self-learner and thinks logically which will help to speed in project execution and help achieve desired performance levels (expected out of them)
This role would suit a motivated professional who enjoys fostering relationships, problem solving attitude and working as part of a team, but also embraces responsibility for their work as an individual.

Manage projects within timelines

Should be productive i.e. Efficient programming and should deliver all studies with FTR approach

Plan prepare project schedule and timelines for both external and internal teams

Anticipating issues and acting proactively to address potential issues

Work with the clients to resolve specific issues they feel need to be addressed

Follow good hygiene and prepare project documentation

Should have good knowledge of weighting, data merging, coding, SPSS etc.

Should be able to program the survey with any of the input data

Should be able to understand questionnaire logic, project reequipments
-
Should understand different market research methodologies e.g. max-diff, segmentation etc.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Competency

Minimum of 3-7 years relevant Market Research experience

5-6 years project management or Data processing experience

2 to 4 years of experience in managing team of at least 2 to 5

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required. Post Graduate or B School degree in Operations, Market Research field from well-known management institution or a board are preferred

Experience with many different types of Research studies: tracking (continuous and wave), copy-testing, concept-testing, segmentation and/or different types of brands and market sectors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in survey methods employed on managed studies

Should be comfortable to work in night shifts – rotational, 24/7 operational support and working on weekends - Roaster
