Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Corporate Office, Sultanpur Hyderabad

Department: Marketing, Branding & Communication

About the role:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the marketing head in developing and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the Sigachi brand image and drive business growth. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and collaborating with various departments to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns to promote the Sigachi brand, products, and services.
Managing all social media channels and day-to-day operations liaison with the agency for timely creative deliverables and execution of posts as per the monthly calendar.
Ideation and driving organic social media followers and engagement
Coordinate and follow up on content inputs for marketing collateral development and the production of marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations. working closely with various departments of sales, R&D, and agencies for the timely delivery of the required collateral.
Marketing Innovation and Continuous Improvement: coming up with innovative ideas and staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Contributing to lead generation strategies and implementation to identify and attract potential customers. This involves using CRM systems to track and nurture leads.
Drive monthly email campaigns aimed at lead generation and user engagement.
Collaboration with business analysts for sales data segmentation and management, driving data-driven personalized email campaigns, and measuring ROI and engagement

What a good candidate will bring:

3-5 years of experience in a corporate marketing, branding & digital marketing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Sound knowledge of all digital marketing aspects social media platforms, SEO, Data driven, ROI driven campaigns and analytics tools.
Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools will be preferred but not mandatory.
