Specialist Assistant Manager, Communications

Practitioner Engagement team drives awareness of the knowledge platform and services to cultivate knowledge sharing culture within the organization that empowers professionals to make use of Deloitte’s collective experience in serving their clients.
We are looking for a passionate, strategic, results-oriented individual who will work towards developing and executing internal marketing and communications campaigns in support of the CoRe KS global practitioner engagement strategy. The role requires strong oral and written communication skills, program and project management skills, and marketing expertise.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Communications on the Practitioner Engagement team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching Analyst(s) and Senior Analyst(s), including performance management, feedback, and quality oversight
- Managing the lifecycle of internal marketing and communications initiatives in coordination with onshore leadership and stakeholders
- Developing, writing, and publishing communications across channels such as newsletters, email campaigns, intranet pages, presentations, event materials, and other engagement assets
- Analyzing campaign, adoption, and feedback data to prepare executive summaries, reports, KPI insights, and recommendations
- Partnering with Member Firm Knowledge Managers and Strategic Relationship Managers to execute and track programs that embed knowledge offerings into business and geography processes
- Maintaining playbooks, process documentation, quality assurance methods, and periodic content audits to support consistent delivery

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, English, or Knowledge Management
- 6-8 years of experience in communications, marketing, practitioner engagement, or knowledge management
- Experience developing and executing internal marketing and communications campaigns
- Experience writing content for multiple formats, including newsletters, email communications, presentations, case studies, and event materials
- Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative metrics to assess campaign performance and prepare reports or recommendations
- Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience leading, coaching, or reviewing the work of analysts or senior analysts
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, English, or Knowledge Management
- Certification in project management, change management, communications, analytics, or digital marketing
- Experience with SharePoint or other knowledge management platforms
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
