Senior HR Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and impact-driven Senior HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across the organization. This role will play a critical part in driving our people transformation agenda, ensuring we continue to build a workplace that supports both business growth and employee experience. The Senior HR Manager will also serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive and Leadership Teams.

Position Details:

This role is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, and reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Lead recruitment efforts and streamline onboarding processes.
Conduct interviews for management and executive-level positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on the hiring process.
Identify and mitigate current and future competency gaps based on the vision of the organization.
Develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent.

Training and Development:

Design and execute employee engagement programs in collaboration with L&D experts
Conduct bi-annual ENPS surveys, collect insights, and form actionable steps for continuous improvement.

Engagement:

Handle employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
Foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Develop strategic initiatives to drive BCI to be a great place to work.
Demonstrates strong professional and people-centric values, while proactively identifying and mitigating organizational risks.

Employee Performance Management:

Oversee the appraisal and promotion process and establish performance evaluation frameworks.
Drive compliances within the organizations including policy development, modification, and implementation.

HR Performance Management:

Establish KPIs and OKRs to drive continuous improvement.
Lead OKR reviews with the BCI Executive team
Successfully delivers against OKRs of the HR department by identifying relevant stakeholders.
Identify and proactively raise risks against HR OKRs/recruitment/initiatives progress.
Manage end -to-end HR OPS including salary disbursement, insurance etc

Team Management:

Lead the HR team members including recruiters, HR operations associate, and L&D specialist.
Controls the quality of work of the HR department to the highest standard.
Lead inclusive and creative problem solving and move upwards despite barrier
Apprentices others (if applicable) in a strengths –based way
Elevates team/individual performance and health.

Preferred Skills:

Quick, independent thinker who formulates clear hypothesis, structures, and roadmaps
Manages time and work plan effectively including prioritizing
Demonstrates resilience, integrity, and courage
Able to work with digital tools including Zoho HRMS, G Suite applications, Microsoft Office Suite
Able to manage external stakeholders effectively including agencies/solution providers
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
