Job Description:
We are looking to employ a qualified and competent O&M engineer who willbe in a supervisory role and responsible for the timely coordination with allstakeholders and execution of maintenance activities of the solar plants.

Qualification:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
Experience:
Relevant experience of 2+ years

Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring and inspection of the solar plants.
Coordinate with O&M & OEM vendors for regular maintenance as perthe schedule.
Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans.
Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Visit sites for inspection, repair, maintenance, and modifications asand when required.
Perform electrical and mechanical component inspections, testing, repair,and troubleshooting.
Prepare and share timely reports of generation, site visits, incidents, andRCA.
Responds to emergency callouts

Requirements:

Knowledge of National Electrical Code and standard design/constructionpractices
Adherence to work ethics
Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
