Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Initiatives Manager to join our team at Titan. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manage strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. The Strategic Initiatives Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute key initiatives that drive growth and profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support the company's long-term goals and objectives.

Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines.

Monitor and track the progress of initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Communicate updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the execution of initiatives.

Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing strategic initiatives.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficient in project management tools and techniques.

Knowledge of the lifestyle and fashion industry is a plus.
