Full job description

Position: Assistant Manager (08+ Years)

No of Position : 01 (Must have experience of Pharmaceutical Industy)

Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm

To organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule (daily, weekly & monthly)
To Prepare, update, and communicate the production schedule to the team ensuring that the production is cost effective, on-time and meeting quality standards.
To assesses project and resource requirements and ensure availability of resources for production.
To ensure the finished goods supply as per schedule
To ensure that production control records are maintained, provide information to sales team and management with regard to delivery dates, schedules and operating problems
To drive smooth production operations for the factory
To ensure compliance with all requirements on the shop floor
To conduct Production meetings and liaises with various departments to ensure that entire production cycle (from planning and procurement to dispatch of materials) is smooth
To monitor the movement of goods into and out of production facilities
To run a structured process for understanding complaints and taking corrective actions
To lead new project/development related initiatives as assigned
Production related queries during manufacturing plan and at the time of packing, solved with best results in short time.
To monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met and follows GMP
To drive process improvement efforts
To study Production figures and measures productivity and possibilities for cost reduction
To ensure that documentation/records are maintained as per quality standards.
Submits reports on the Production Operations on parameters as agreed by the Management team
To maintain Monthly Procurement record.
To provide Monthly Out-put data maintain sheets to Accounts & Management
To generate MRP (Material Requirement Plan) in ERP to find out shortages against order
To make a planned procurement of raw materials/packing materials needed for the production process based on the sales forecast of sales marketing by calculating the condition of stock goods update in the ERP software by doing the need calculation of the material timely and with correct flow of paperwork
To monitor inventory stock/ buffer stock/ Non-moving stock management activities in the warehouse added with materials to be imported and also stock materials at WIP (production) so that the production and order fulfilment process can run smoothly.
To take follow up with Artwork/Marketing/Production/QA/ team for new products formula mastes approval process.
Physical stock verification regularly for repeated orders from Store dept.
To take follow ups and keep records of Export order's packing specification details verification during procurement and updating as per requirement
Development & implementation of key procurement strategies
To ensure the procurement must be done in correct requirement and in precise quantity.
Daily received RM/PM material updating against Monthly/Weekly production plan
Monthly production Planning provision to production dept. with RM/PM status updating.
Actively participation to communicate with all divisions related to the production process until accurate information is obtained (QA/QC/Store/Purchase/Artwork/Production/BSR etc.).
To handle day to day Emails and revert as per the requirement

To perform other related duties as assigned by Management as or when required.
