Position: KG Teacher (Kindergarten Teacher)
Location: KVR Campus, Kandigai
Department: Academics
Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic KG Teacher to join our team at KVR Campus, Kandigai. The candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities as per the curriculum.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Develop children's communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Conduct storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and interactive learning activities.
Monitor and assess student progress and maintain academic records.
Encourage positive behavior and classroom discipline.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and training programs.
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, D.El.Ed., or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
1–3 years of experience in Kindergarten/Pre-Primary teaching is preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Child-centered teaching approach.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary

As per industry standards and based on qualifications and experience.
