We are looking for UI / UX Designers to add life & excitement to our product, and yet keep it simple to operate. We have planned some really innovative features.
Your role in this project will be to create interactive designs and give a magical experience to all our visitors in each flow. These designs will not be limited to just the website & app, but also stretch into integrations with various bots and third-party tools.
This role is ideal for young designers who want to work on a high-growth B2C project and would love to be part of product management of a high-traffic app (we're targeting 50M users by the end of this year alone).
You will be working with the product team to finalise the features, then create multiple design options, and also work with the front-end developers to make sure the designs are correctly implemented. You will also be responsible for identifying UX issues in the live applications from time to time and give smart solutions.
You will also be responsible for approval of graphic designs for use on our Website, Apps, Email newsletters, App notifications, Social Media, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing end-to-end experiences across iOS, Android, and web — from early concepts to production-ready specs.
Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to understand goals, surface edge cases, and ship great work together.- Owning the visual craft — crafting high-fidelity UI that's clean, consistent, and meticulously detailed in every state and interaction.
- Building and maintaining our design system in Figma — components, tokens, variants, documentation, and everything in between.
- Creating and managing Figma prototypes that communicate interaction flows clearly to stakeholders and developers.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to validate ideas, uncover pain points, and continuously raise the quality bar.
- Keeping Figma files clean and well-organized with structured naming, proper component usage, and scalable file management.
- Incorporating AI-aware design thinking — staying current on how AI features and interaction patterns show up in modern product experiences.
- Iterating based on feedback and data — you treat your designs as living work, not final deliverables.
-
2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft, design thinking, and real collaboration.
-
Exceptional attention to detail — you notice when something is off by 2px, and it bothers you enough to fix it.
-
Strong visual design skills — typography, layout, colour, spacing, and iconography are things you actively care about and do well.
-
Deep expertise in Figma — prototyping, auto-layout, components, variants, variables, and design system management.
-
Experience designing for iOS and Android — you understand platform conventions, gesture patterns, and mobile-first thinking.
-
Experience creating and maintaining a Figma design system — not just using one, but building and owning one.
-
Track record of working in fast-paced teams and collaborating actively with product and engineering throughout the design and build process.
-
Basic understanding of AI and its role in product design — familiarity with AI interaction patterns and how to design for intelligent features.
-
Excellent communication skills — you can articulate your design decisions clearly to engineers, PMs, and leadership alike.
-
A portfolio is required — it should show your visual craft, your UX process, and evidence of collaboration with product and engineering teams.
NICE TO HAVE
-
Prior experience designing for high-traffic B2C applications.
-
Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
-
Experience working on smart device or IoT interfaces.
-
Exposure to front-end code (HTML/CSS) — enough to have productive conversations with engineers.
-
You'll work on a product targeting 50 million users — your designs will have real scale and real impact.
-
You'll own meaningful parts of the design system and shape how the product looks and feels for years.
-
You'll be surrounded by people who care about craft as much as you do.
-
You'll collaborate directly with product and engineering — no long handoff cycles or siloed work.
-
Your work extends beyond web and mobile into smart devices and third-party integrations.
