Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter (No Remote)Location: Srinivasa Nagar Bank Colony, VijayawadaExperience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:

We are looking a motivated and results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for various technical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India.
Understand client or hiring manager requirements and prepare recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation packages and assist in offer rollouts.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring procedures.
Generate recruitment reports and provide hiring status updates to management.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes.
Experience sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Foundit, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Knowledge of various IT technologies and roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Technical Knowledge

Basic understanding of technologies such as:

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
