Location: Bangalore (BTM Layout 2nd Stage)
Experience: 2 – 4 Years
Qualification: B.Arch (Mandatory Preferred)

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented 2D Architect who can prepare accurate architectural drawings, coordinate with design teams, and support execution of luxury villa and farmhouse projects.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, working drawings, and site coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Drawings & Planning

Prepare detailed 2D Architectural Drawings for luxury villas and farmhouse projects.
Develop:
Floor Plans
Elevations
Sections
Roof Plans
Furniture Layouts
Door & Window Details
Toilet & Kitchen Details
Staircase Details

Working & Construction Drawings

Prepare:
Working Drawings
GFC Drawings
Construction Details
Architectural Details
Ensure drawings are accurate as per site execution requirements.

Design Coordination

Coordinate with:
Architects
3D Visualizers
Interior Designers
Structural Engineers
Site Teams
Convert design concepts into practical drawings.
Incorporate revisions based on project requirements.

Luxury Villa / Farmhouse Understanding

Experience in designing or drafting:

Luxury Villas
Farmhouses
Residential Projects
Landscape-integrated spaces
Premium interiors preferred

Required Skills

✔ Strong AutoCAD knowledge
✔ Good understanding of architectural standards
✔ Knowledge of building drawings
✔ Understanding of Feet & Inches Measurements
✔ Knowledge of GFC & execution drawings
✔ Good detailing skills
✔ Ability to read architectural concepts and convert into drawings

Software Skills

Mandatory:
✔ AutoCAD

Added Advantage:
✔ SketchUp
✔ Revit
✔ Photoshop
✔ MS Office

Candidate Profile

B.Arch Qualification Mandatory
2–4 Years Architectural Drafting Experience
Good design sense and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple drawings and timelines
Strong coordination and communication skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
