Avakaza Geoscience Research Technologies is a deep-tech geospatial company working in GIS, Remote Sensing, AI, IoT, BIM, WebGIS, drone mapping, software development, training, and research-based geospatial solutions.
AGSRT provides professional geospatial training programs and also works on solution-based products and services such as AgriTwin, ResortTwin, Digital Twin, WebGIS dashboards, geospatial automation, and corporate GIS training.
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage AGSRT’s online presence, promote training programs and geospatial services, support lead generation, and improve AGSRT’s branding across digital platforms.
The candidate should be able to create content, manage social media, support SEO, coordinate digital campaigns, and help generate quality leads for training, internships, workshops, corporate training, and geospatial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Branding
* Manage AGSRT’s LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
* Create regular posts, captions, reels, short videos, carousels, and awareness content.
* Promote AGSRT’s 3 hero training programs:
1. Geospatial Automation & Development Program
2. Level 4 – Advanced Geospatial Engineering Program
3. Level 5 – Full Stack Geospatial Development Program
* Create content around GIS careers, WebGIS, Python, GEE, PostGIS, GeoAI, Digital Twin, AgriTwin, ResortTwin, and geospatial industry opportunities.
* Maintain consistent branding and professional communication across platforms.
Content Creation
* Write captions, blogs, brochures, email content, WhatsApp promotional messages, and webinar content.
* Coordinate with technical trainers and developers to convert project work into simple marketing content.
* Create student success posts, project showcase posts, webinar promotions, and course awareness content.
* Support video content ideas for YouTube shorts, reels, and LinkedIn posts.
SEO & Website Support
* Support SEO activities for AGSRT’s website.
* Help update course pages, blog pages, and service pages.
* Improve local SEO for Bangalore and Trivandrum training locations.
* Support Google Business Profile updates, reviews, and ranking improvement.
* Research keywords related to GIS training, remote sensing training, WebGIS course, GEE course, PostGIS training, digital twin solutions, and geospatial services.
Lead Generation & Campaign Support
* Support lead generation through social media, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online campaigns.
* Assist in running campaigns for GIS training programs, internships, workshops, webinars, corporate training, and geospatial solutions.
* Track campaign performance, lead source, cost per lead, admissions, and conversion.
* Maintain proper UTM/source tracking wherever possible.
* Coordinate with admissions/telecalling team to check lead quality and conversion.
Webinar & Event Promotion
* Promote weekly orientation webinars and roadmap sessions.
* Create event posters, registration messages, reminder messages, and follow-up content.
* Support Mapathon, workshops, college outreach campaigns, and corporate training promotions.
Reporting
* Prepare weekly digital marketing reports.
* Track social media growth, reach, engagement, leads, campaign performance, and admissions generated.
* Identify which content and campaigns are producing better leads.
Required Skills
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, or similar tools.
* Creative thinking and ability to write simple, clear, and engaging content.
* Basic understanding of paid campaigns, email marketing, WhatsApp promotion, and LinkedIn outreach.
* Ability to coordinate with technical, training, and business development teams.
* Interest in technology, GIS, AI, or education marketing will be an added advantage.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Geography, Geoinformatics, or any related field. Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and content creation skills.
Performance Expectations
* Minimum 4–5 social media posts per week.
* Minimum 2 reels/short videos per week.
* Minimum 1 blog or SEO content draft per week.
* Weekly webinar promotion and lead tracking.
* Monthly campaign performance report.
* Support lead generation and admission conversion targets.
Preferred Incentive Structure
Incentives can be considered based on:
* Qualified leads generated.
* Admissions attributed to campaigns.
* Webinar registrations and conversions.
* Improvement in SEO/local search lead flow.
* Campaign ROAS and cost per admission.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
