Fullstack Developer – Frontend Focus
About the Role
We're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team at Allianz Technology. You'll take the lead on frontend development — building and maintaining Angular component libraries with a global footprint — while also contributing to backend work where needed. This is a hands-on role with real scope: you'll help shape how we build and evolve the Allianz Document Storage and Retrieval (ADSR).
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Angular component libraries supporting a global footprint
- Lead frontend development while contributing to backend tasks as needed
- Support development and maintenance of the Allianz Document Storage and Retrieval (ADSR)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure components integrate and function seamlessly
- Contribute to the migration and operation of existing systems during transition phases
What You Bring
Required:
- Strong proficiency in Angular 19+ and TypeScript
- Solid backend experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, and web technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, YAML, XML)
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, Docker, (No)SQL (MongoDB, Postgres), and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Nexus)
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch, Redis/Valkey, Maven, Kubernetes/AWS
- Experience with modern IDEs (VSCode, IntelliJ, or Eclipse)
- Working knowledge of Keycloak, Dynatrace, and Jira/Confluence
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and their practical application
- Agile mindset and English proficiency at B2 level or above
Nice to have:
- Experience with A3K Framework, Airwave, or CISL API
- Experience with CoPilot or Claude Code
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver working software that meets the functional/non -functional requirements of business users.
- Deliver high quality software consistent with the principals of continuous integration.
- Develop manage effective relationships peers, customers managers.
- Adhere to SDLC Allianz Technology Group Standards
- Work with the technical team in resolving complex issues and troubleshooting.
- Conduct code reviews of other peers and ensure code quality is not compromised.
- Estimate delivery cost and timeframes to meet the needs of project managers aligned with business priorities.
Good to have Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.Basic knowledge or experience with AI tools will be beneficial.Exposure to AI tools, even at a basic level, is a value-add.A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.
