QuantumVeda is seeking a passionate and innovative React Full Stack Developer to lead the development of transformative web applications across our Education Tech and Spiritual Tech domains. You will be at the forefront of building platforms that revolutionize how millions of students prepare for competitive examinations (NEET, JEE, UPSC) and how spiritual seekers engage with meditation, wellness, and ancient wisdom through technology.
The role involves building production-ready web applications, AI-powered learning platforms, intelligent tutoring systems, and immersive spiritual experiences. You will take end-to-end ownership of both front-end and back-end systems, driving high-quality development and delivering technical solutions across the entire product lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Front-End Development (React Ecosystem)
- Build User-Facing Interfaces: Develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React and TypeScript with clean, reusable components, state management (Zustand/Redux), forms/validation, and responsive UI
- Modern Framework Implementation: Set up and maintain modern frameworks (Next.js or Vite) with proper routing, server-side rendering, and optimal performance
- AI Avatar Integration: Build interfaces for lifelike AI avatars that serve as virtual teachers, meditation guides, and spiritual mentors with real-time interaction capabilities
- Interactive Learning Experiences: Develop interactive video players with quizzes, clickable annotations, and adaptive difficulty adjustments
- Performance Optimization: Ensure fast load times, smooth animations, and optimal Core Web Vitals across all devices
2. Back-End Development (Node.js Ecosystem)
- API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices with Node.js, Express.js, and FastAPI, focusing on performance, security, and fault tolerance
- Database Architecture: Model data in PostgreSQL, implement caching with Redis, write efficient SQL, and maintain migrations and seed scripts
- AI Integration: Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Gemini, LLaMA) for content generation, tutoring, and personalized recommendations
- Authentication & Security: Implement JWT/OAuth authentication, RBAC/permissions, input validation, rate limiting, and security hardening
3. Educational Technology Platforms
- Intelligent Tutoring Systems: Build AI-powered tutors that provide real-time feedback, personalized hints, and adaptive learning paths for competitive exam preparation
- Question Bank Management: Develop systems for comprehensive, structured question banks for NEET, JEE, UPSC using AI-driven content authoring tools
- Automated Exam Content Generation: Build algorithms that dynamically generate mock tests, practice papers, and personalized question sets based on student performance
- Learning Analytics: Implement machine learning models to analyze student performance data and predict outcomes for early intervention

- Vedic Wisdom Digitization: Create interfaces for digitized, translated, and interpreted ancient texts with NLP-powered search

5. AI-Powered Content Generation
- Automated Video Creation: Build systems that transform text-based content into engaging, narrated whiteboard-style videos
- Smart Question Generation: Implement LLMs and NLP models for automatic question generation from topics, textbooks, or syllabus documents
- Multilingual Content: Create educational content systems in multiple Indian languages for inclusive learning
- RAG Pipeline Implementation: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for accurate and contextual content retrieval from knowledge bases
6. Platform, Scale & Delivery
- CI/CD & DevOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) with automated testing, monitoring, and observability
- Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy scalable applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containerization (Docker)
