Design, develop and build core unified systems to support the products. We are looking for a talented and passionate .NET Tech Lead to join our team to work on cutting-edge projects and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions and provide high-quality solutions to the team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Tech Lead: Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using .NET8, C# and microservices. Set coding and design standards for the team. Lead the team from technical point of view. Collaborate with the client development team. Provide solutions to team which are robust, scalable and of high quality. Microservices Architecture: Develop and deploy microservices-based applications, ensuring modularity, scalability, and fault tolerance. Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs, services, and integrate them with the frontend. Write efficient and reusable backend code using .NET technologies like C#. UI Development: Develop UI using front-end frameworks (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern React libraries such as Redux) Database Design & Integration: Work with relational database SQL Server and design database schemas, ensuring data integrity and optimization. Cloud Development: Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms Azure and leveraging cloud-native tools for CI/CD pipelines. Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. Collaborate: Work closely with product owners and other developers to create seamless experiences. Mentor and guide the senior and junior software developers. Optimize & Troubleshoot: Continuously monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and security. Agile Methodologies: Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: Must have a MS\BE in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field, or relevant work experience. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Strong experience in .Net 8+, C#, React, Rest APIs, Microservices, SQL Server, MVC, React, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, Material UI, CSS. Proficiency with SOLID Principals and Design Patterns. Hands on experience on the Usage AI tools like Co-pilot, Claude and guide team on usage of the same. Hands-on experience in Microservices architecture, building, deploying, and managing microservices-based systems. Experience working with RESTful APIs and Web services. Experience with React and front-end frameworks (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern React libraries such as Redux) Familiarity with Docker and containerization for deploying microservices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure etc. Proficiency in working with relational databases (SQL Server) Expertise in Azure PaaS services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure API Management etc). Experience with Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and caching solutions (Redis). Knowledge of authentication and security protocols (OAuth, JWT, Azure AD). Strong experience with Git and source code management practices. Experience with code quality tools like Sonar / Veracode. Good to have - Experience with Grafana, ArgoCD observability tools. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 10+ years of demonstrable development experience building software that provides the user with a complete, delightful experience. SKILLS / ABILITIES Able to organize, prioritize, and apply complex concepts to project tasks. Hands on experience on the usage of AI tools like Co-pilot Ability to find simple solutions for solving complex problems. Willingness to learn, teach, and pay close attention to details. Ability to research, implement, and report in an articulate, professional manner. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Have organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and within an agile team.
