Executive / Manager

Location: Noida

Experience: 4–5 Years (Travel Industry Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Travel Sales Professional with strong experience in handling B2C and/or B2B travel sales, capable of converting leads into bookings and driving revenue growth. The candidate should be confident in handling customized packages, client interactions, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

l Handle inbound leads (Instagram, Facebook, website, references) and convert them into bookings.

l Design and sell customized domestic & international travel packages.

l Understand client requirements and provide tailored travel solutions within budget.

l Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, agents, and repeat customers.

l Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution post-sales.

l Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

l Upsell add-ons like activities, upgrades, insurance, etc.

l Maintain CRM / lead tracking, regular follow up and proper documentation for higher conversion rates.

l Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and pricing.

Required Skills

l Strong sales and negotiation skills

l Excellent communication (Calls, WhatsApp, Email)

l Ability to close deals confidently

l Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and costing

l Target-driven and self-motivated

l Basic knowledge of CRM tools & Excel

Preferred Candidate

l 4–5 years experience in travel sales (mandatory)

l Experience in leisure, group tours, corporate travel, or MICE

l Strong client-handling and relationship management skills

l Proven track record of achieving sales targets

l Existing client base / network is a plus
