Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Business Analyst SFDC
In this role you will be responsible for simplifying complex IT Systems solutions for customers in all industries, understanding how to structure a process capture and process improvement initiative and how to facilitate the client through a pragmatic decision-making process.
Responsibilities

Analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting and relaying those to the Technology team members.

Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
-
Identifying issues, risks and benefits from existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining their impact on business.
-
Writing concepts, functional design, user stories and acceptance criteria, use cases and business process design/requirement documents.

Being involved in implementation, training, and testing of the solutions
-
Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.

Building relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage the account, with support from the Program/Implementation Manager/Lead.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
-
Experience in one or more domain areas: Banking (Remediation process would be a plus), F&A, supply chain etc.
-
Experience in Operational excellence related projects.
-
Must have experience in writing the functional design documents and user stories for agile development projects.
-
Experience in leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis for relevant years in agile projects.

Experience in complicated software projects.
-
Digital know-how, well versed with Genpact digital tools
