Role Description
We're looking for a driven Brand & Content Associate who is passionate about creating meaningful content and wants to build a credible wellness brand from the ground up.
In the initial phase, your primary focus will be on creating, curating, and managing high-quality content across digital platforms—including social media, blogs, newsletters, doctor-led videos, editorial property reviews, and website content. You'll work closely with Ayurveda doctors, content creators, the Business Development team, and the founders to ensure every piece of content reflects WellnessLoka's commitment to authenticity and trust.
As you grow in the role, you'll progressively take on greater ownership of WellnessLoka's brand strategy—identifying storytelling opportunities, shaping brand communication, and driving initiatives that increase brand awareness and engagement.
This is an execution-heavy role with high ownership, steep learning opportunities, and the chance to play a key role in building one of India's leading wellness travel brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and own the digital content roadmap across platforms —identifying themes, formats, content calendars, and storytelling angles.
- Conceptualise and execute engaging social media content (Reels, short videos, carousels) in collaboration with a video editor.
- Publish and manage content across WellnessLoka's digital channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, ensuring timely posting and consistency with the content calendar.
- Write authentic editorial reviews of partner properties based on research, audits, customer feedback, and team inputs.
- Review and validate property information uploaded by the Business Development team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before publication.
- Coordinate and curate doctor-led video content—from topic planning to final edits.
- Write meaningful wellness blogs, articles, and educational content with guidance from doctors and SEO specialists.
- Plan, write, and design newsletters that educate and engage customers.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, website content, and other digital assets as required.
- Actively represent WellnessLoka in wellness communities, events, and meetups to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Contribute to building WellnessLoka's brand by identifying content opportunities, storytelling ideas, and initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer trust.
Skills & Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Strong written English and storytelling ability
- A natural eye for design, composition, and storytelling across digital formats
- Good design taste and attention to aesthetics, even if you’re not a hands-on designer
- Strong attention to detail
- 6–24 months of experience in content, brand, or digital marketing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proactive, organised, and open to feedback
- Curiosity for wellness, health, and conscious living
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to wellness, lifestyle, or healthcare content
- Basic knowledge of Canva
- Familiarity with newsletter or email marketing tools
- Basic understanding of SEO content writing
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
