Job Title: Marketing Executive

Reporting To: Sales/Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our business development and marketing activities in the IT System Integration and Technology Solutions space.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, developing relationships with corporate clients, understanding their technology requirements and coordinating with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.

The role involves B2B marketing and business development, with a focus on acquiring new customers as well as developing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and institutional clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, references, online research and other B2B channels.
Identify decision-makers such as IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, Admin Heads, Purchase Managers, Facility Managers and business owners.
Contact prospective clients to understand their IT infrastructure and technology requirements.
Promote the company's IT infrastructure, networking, security and system integration solutions.
Arrange meetings and site visits with prospective customers.
Coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team to understand customer requirements and prepare appropriate solutions and quotations.
Follow up on leads, quotations and proposals and work towards converting them into business.
Maintain regular communication and relationships with existing customers to identify additional business opportunities.
Research target industries, companies and upcoming projects to identify potential clients.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, meetings, opportunities and conversions.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, seminars and other promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, customer interactions, quotations and sales opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams including technical, purchase, accounts and operations to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly lead-generation and business-development targets.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or a related field will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing or business development, preferably in IT, networking, system integration, CCTV/security solutions or technology products.
Good understanding of corporate sales and lead-generation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior decision-makers.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Good presentation and convincing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Basic understanding of IT/networking/security solutions will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, email and internet-based research.
Experience with CRM tools or lead-management software will be an advantage.
