About you and this role
Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Power Platform Engineer based in Navi Mumbai, India. In this role, the individual will serve as a Power Platform subject matter expert responsible for platform administration, governance, security, technical consulting, support, and enablement across the organization. The role focuses on maximizing the business value of Microsoft Power Platform by establishing enterprise standards, ensuring platform reliability and compliance, guiding solution teams, and enabling the successful adoption of platform capabilities.
The individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, citizen developers, solution teams, architects, and cybersecurity partners to drive scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions. In addition, the role will be responsible for developing and delivering high-value, high-impact enterprise solutions and automation capabilities that address complex business challenges and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
Provide technical consulting, architecture guidance, design recommendations, and troubleshooting support to business teams, developers, and citizen developers.
Design, develop, and support high-value, high-impact enterprise solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
Establish, maintain, and enforce Power Platform governance standards, policies, guardrails, and best practices.
Administer and support the Power Platform ecosystem, including environment strategy, tenant administration, capacity management, licensing, and platform configuration.
Configure and manage security roles, environment access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, connectors, managed environments, and governance controls.
Support application lifecycle management (ALM) processes including solution management, deployment pipelines, source control, environment promotions, and release management.
Monitor platform health, service performance, capacity utilization, usage trends, and licensing consumption to ensure operational excellence.
Investigate and resolve platform issues, application failures, integration challenges, and production incidents.
Conduct solution assessments, governance reviews, and technical quality checks to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Develop reusable templates, standards, accelerators, governance assets, and implementation guidance to improve solution quality and consistency.
Partner with cybersecurity, architecture, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant use of platform capabilities.
Evaluate new and emerging Power Platform, Copilot, AI, and Microsoft ecosystem capabilities and assess their potential business value.
Proactively communicate platform roadmap updates, feature enhancements, best practices, and adoption recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Create and deliver technical guidance, knowledge articles, awareness sessions, workshops, training materials, and office hours to drive platform adoption and user success.
Support the Power Platform community by mentoring solution builders and promoting responsible and sustainable solution development practices.
Prepare and maintain operational runbooks, governance documentation, support procedures, standards, and platform guidance materials.
Continuously improve platform governance, operational processes, user experience, and adoption maturity across the organization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT discipline.

Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Experience administering and supporting enterprise Power Platform environments.

Experience establishing governance frameworks, security controls, and platform standards.

Experience providing technical consulting and advisory services to business and technical teams.

Microsoft Power Platform, Power Platform Solution Architect, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Azure, or related certifications are preferred.
