We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Creator to build our online presence, create engaging content, and grow our audience across social media platforms.

Job Summary

The Social Media & Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, short-form video content, storytelling and audience engagement. You should be comfortable turning topics around AI, careers, job search, resumes, interviews, and workplace trends into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with company goals.
Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, and other social media content.
Research current social media trends, formats, hashtags, and content ideas.
Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, and social media copy.
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Create content around job search, career growth, resumes, interviews, AI tools, hiring trends, and workplace topics.
Collaborate with the HR, marketing, and operations teams to identify content opportunities.
Monitor social media performance and track metrics such as reach, engagement, views, followers, and conversions.
Analyze content performance and continuously improve the content strategy.
Stay updated with Instagram, LinkedIn and other platform algorithms and trends.
Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
Support promotional campaigns, company announcements and employer-branding initiatives.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing or a related role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn Experience creating short-form video content such as Reels and Shorts.
Good writing, communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to create strong hooks and engaging content ideas.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
Strong awareness of current social media trends and viral content formats.
Willingness to work the night shift.
Personal laptop and reliable internet connection.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with a US-focused audience or brand.
Experience creating content for career, recruitment, HR, SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
Experience managing a content calendar.
Ability to appear in videos or coordinate video-based content when required.
A portfolio of previous social media work is highly preferred.

You should be able to identify trends, create strong content concepts, test different formats, analyze results, and improve based on performance.
