Full job description

Powerlaw runs Amazon India categories for consumer brands. We hire category managers, analysts and ad operators - people measured in GMV, rank and TACOS. We need someone who can hire them well.

What you'll own

Hiring end to end - sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding

The screening bar for Amazon-facing roles

Hiring analytics - funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source quality

Performance scorecards, and what actually predicts a good hire

Compensation benchmarking and offer structuring

What you need

3+ years running recruitment end to end - personally closing roles, not coordinating for someone who did

A real analytical instinct. You think in conversion rates and can find the leak in a funnel

The ability to write a sharp interview question and read an evasive answer

Self-direction. This reports to the founder; nobody structures your day

Helpful, not required

Exposure to Amazon or e-commerce account management, or Seller Central itself

Volume hiring - 50+ applicants per role

Familiarity with TACOS, ACOS, organic rank, BSR

Fully remote, IST working hours.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
