Key Responsibilities

Monitor project status across different government portals and ensure compliance with departmental requirements
Coordinate with customers telephonically, as and when required
Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely task completion
Check, validate, and verify data available on portals
Fetch, analyze, and report data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Manage end-to-end documentation and data handling for solar pump installation projects under government schemes.
Maintain and organize project-wise records including installation photos, site documents, and compliance-related files as per department guidelines
Ensure all project steps (from initiation to completion) are properly documented and updated in internal systems
Perform accurate data entry of project-related information into Excel / Google Sheets.
Validate and verify data received from field teams, dealers, and portals to maintain data accuracy.
Prepare MIS reports using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
