About Trust Enterprise

Trust Enterprise is a growing and dynamic firm specializing in the distribution and application of premium construction chemicals. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Accountant to join our administrative team and support our daily financial operations.

Role Overview

The Assistant Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions, and supporting the broader administrative and finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational accounting skills and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Record and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Maintain and update accurate accounting entries utilizing Tally ERP.
Process vendor invoices, track material procurement costs, and manage payment schedules.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries for management.
Support the administrative team with GST preparation, tax compliance, and audit documentation.
Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of proven experience as an Assistant Accountant, Accounts Executive, or similar role.
Technical Proficiency: Strong, hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bonus: Prior experience in the construction, manufacturing, or chemical supply sectors is highly preferred.
