We are hiring a US Trucking Claims Executive with experience in the US trucking or dispatch industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle freight claims related to cargo damage, shortages, detention, layover, lumper, TONU, breakdown, and accessorial charges.
Coordinate with carriers, dispatchers, brokers, and customers to resolve claims.
Review and process freight documents including BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and invoices.
Maintain claim records and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
Work closely with operations and dispatch teams on claim-related issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the US trucking, dispatch, or logistics industry.
Hands-on experience handling freight, cargo, detention, lumper, or accessorial claims.
Understanding of trucking documents such as BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and carrier packets.
Excellent English communication and email drafting skills.
Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, PCS, McLeod, or similar logistics platforms is preferred.
