We are hiring a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with hands-on experience in software architecture, modern technology stacks, and AI/LLM-based tools. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end software development projects, collaborate with global clients, and ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
This role requires a technically strong leader with expertise in web/mobile development, capable of driving both traditional and AI-powered projects. Experience with presales, solutioning, and cloud-based services is essential.

Manage multiple software projects from discovery to deployment.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Translate business requirements into technical architectures, including AI/LLM-driven solutions.

Contribute to presales activities: discovery sessions, effort estimation, and technical proposals.

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage project timelines, resource planning, and documentation.

Drive sprint planning, task estimation, and retrospectives while enforcing SDLC best practices.

Review code, design documents, and guide teams on software architecture.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML, LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LangChain), and DevOps.

Ensure proper implementation of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and secure deployments.

Identify and manage project risks, ensuring scope, budget, and deadlines are maintained.

Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and deliver technical training.

Participate in technical interviews and help with talent acquisition.
Must-Have Technical Skills

Deep understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and architectural models (Monolithic, N-tier, Microservices).

Proficiency in at least one full-stack:

Backend: .NET, PHP, Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)

Frontend: ReactJS, Angular, VueJS

Strong in RESTful APIs, SOAP, and JSON/XML data formats.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle.

Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerization via Docker/Kubernetes.

Exposure to AI/LLM tools, such as AI APIs, prompt engineering, etc.

Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, CodeWhisperer, or similar AI-assisted development environments for enhancing productivity, code completion, refactoring, and documentation.

Experience with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop).

Understanding of enterprise messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or MuleSoft.

Scripting and DevOps automation experience is a plus.

10+ years in software development, with 3–5 years in a technical project management role.

Experience delivering AI-integrated applications, including low-code/no-code platforms.

Managed cross-functional teams (15–20 engineers) across offshore and global delivery models.

Strong capabilities in project documentation, effort estimation, and client communication.

Comfortable leading client-facing discussions, including daily stand-ups with international stakeholders.
