Full job description

Homestin Interiors & Constructions is looking for an experienced Civil & Interior Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and material take-offs for residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, interior finishing works, modular furniture, and project costing.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and interior projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Generate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs.
Prepare customer quotations and tender submissions.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and suppliers.
Obtain and compare vendor quotations for materials and subcontractor works.
Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Update costing databases and maintain estimation records.
Assist the sales team with project pricing and proposal preparation.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in civil and interior estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Good understanding of construction materials, interior finishes, and modular furniture.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred Skills

Experience in residential villa, apartment, and commercial interior projects.
Knowledge of project budgeting and procurement processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
