What this job involves:
Steering projects at the helmTo be stationed in (Hyderabad/India), you’ll work side-by-side with project team to ensure the success of a project—from its inception phase to its completion. You’ll assemble and lead various project teams; monitoring the teams’ performance, and bringing out the best in every team member. We achieve our biggest success when working together, so clear communication is key, as is collaboration and team work. You’re also in charge of creating the organisational structure, project objectives and working procedures for the teams. Your project management skills will also be of great value, as you set up clear project cost plans and allot sufficient budget to achieve optimal results and meet the company’s target profits. A structured and organised approach with an eye for detail is crucial. Also part of your job is to attend project meetings as required, develop monthly reports and carry out contract administration. Furthermore, you’ll oversee negotiations, analyses and promotions of quality control systems. Core to our reputation is our strong focus on health & safety and on sustainability, and you’ll be expected to keep these front-of-mind at all times. Boosting client relationshipsHelping clients achieve success is what JLL does best—and your role is an extension of this tradition. To apply you need to be: A seasoned expertThe ideal candidate is driven and ambitious by nature and loves solving difficult problems—you should exhibit high-level management skills, resilience and composure under pressure, and preferably hold a degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with 15 years overall experience. You should have established yourself as a professional within design, construction and project management. Moreover, you should have a proven track record in profit planning, business development &. Good contact with industry requirement. An effective communicatorAre you considered a natural communicator? Alongside your native tongue, do you have a strong grasp of written and spoken English? You’ll need it in this role—strong communication skills are essential. Likewise, you’ll be in charge of creating an environment where all team members are encouraged to contribute; as well as managing company staff to achieve enthusiastic and effective contribution to the project.
