Beyoung is looking for Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media ads to identify and acquire customers. Manage end to end marketing campaigns for the brand on time, on budget, to scope
Managing creative delivery and acting as the gatekeeper of high quality creative
Independently leading the troubleshooting of sometimes complex issues that surfaced during the campaign life-cycle
Execute on a marketing project by working closely with key functional teams, including Social, Paid Media, & brand managers
Work with internal creative teams to deliver culturally relevant campaigns
Define success metrics, funnel structures & measurement methods and reporting processes
Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support
Provides short & long term reports of ads analysis and interpretation of social media ads
Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal team

Requirements:

Proficient with Instagram & Facebook Ads
Creating & maintaining timely reports
Good hands on analyzing the data
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Self motivated yet customer focused
Managing Processes
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
Excellent knowledge of all the social media ads strategies
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum 1 Year of practical experience in executing social media ads
Experience in setting up and optimizing social media campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
