Job Title: Senior Officer - B - CAT

Job Description:
The Senior Officer - B - CAT will be responsible for handling various activities related to the Customer Acquisition Team (CAT). This role involves supporting the team in achieving sales targets by analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and implementing customer engagement strategies. The candidate will work closely with sales representatives to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Support the sales team by providing insights and recommendations for improving customer engagement.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for process improvements.
Conduct training sessions for new team members on best practices in customer engagement and sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer acquisition in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
