With a team of 100+ professionals, we are on a mission to build strong learning foundations through high-quality, student-centric programs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with leads and conduct high-quality telephonic interactions with prospective customers
Effectively articulate the value proposition of Learn2Read’s programs to parents and students
Drive the end-to-end pre-sales process, including need identification, program explanation, and demo class scheduling
Execute timely and strategic follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Candidate Profile

Graduates
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer support
Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English (mandatory) and basic Hindi.
High level of confidence and clarity in customer interactions
Ability to handle objections and engage in persuasive conversations
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must have access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection

Compensation & Growth

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 CTC

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
