Full job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer / Business Process Analyst to support automation initiatives across multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate will play diverse roles including business process analysis, RPA development, support, and training while collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

· Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand existing IT and business operations.

· Identify opportunities for process optimization, redesign, and reengineering through automation.

· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Create, develop, and review:

1. Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

2. Process Definition Documents (PDD)

3. Solution Design Documents (SDD)

RPA Development & Implementation

· Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath.

· Implement RPA best practices to ensure solutions are:

Ø Efficient

Ø Reusable

Ø Maintainable

Ø Well-structured and easy to understand

· Understand workflow diagrams and convert business processes into automated solutions.

· Deliver automation solutions for onsite and remote client engagements.

· Integrate applications using APIs, web services, databases, and related technologies.

Testing & Deployment

· Create and document:

Ø Test procedures

Ø Test scenarios

Ø Test cases for pre-UAT and UAT phases

· Perform end-to-end testing in deployment environments.

· Ensure successful deployment and execution of automation solutions.

Support & Maintenance

· Monitor and maintain RPA processes to ensure smooth operations.

· Provide L1–L3 support for existing automations and processes.

· Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement timely fixes within SLA requirements.

· Manage enhancements, documentation updates, and change requests based on priority.

· Adhere to Incident, Problem, and Change Management guidelines.

Training & Collaboration

· Conduct training sessions and provide support to users and internal teams.

· Work effectively in multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse environments.

· Demonstrate initiative, self-learning ability, and adaptability to new technologies.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Experience:

· Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with the UiPath platform.

· Strong experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions.

· Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

Technical Skills

· Proven experience in UiPath automation development.

· Knowledge of:

§ Web Services / REST APIs

§ RDBMS and Open-Source Databases

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience in application integration and workflow automation.

Preferred / Added Advantages

· Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) using:

Ø UiPath Document Understanding (preferred)

Ø Document Intelligence

Ø Document AI

Ø Staple AI or similar solutions

· Experience with additional automation tools such as:

Ø Power Automate

Ø Blue Prism

Ø Automation Anywhere

Ø Kofax Kapow

Ø OpenSpan

Ø Tricentis

Ø Selenium

· Knowledge of programming languages:

Ø C#

Ø VB.NET

Ø Python

Certifications

· UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) Certification preferred.

· Candidates without certification should obtain it within 3 months of joining.

· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

· High level of accountability and ownership.

· Ability to meet deadlines with demonstrated productivity.

· Flexible to work additional hours when required.

· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%).
