Handle high-volume cold and warm calls to share and update resale inventories.
Source residential units for sale from channel partners.
Reactivate inactive channel partners and maintain strong relationships.
Generate leads, identify prospects, and qualify potential opportunities.
Follow up on leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate call records, feedback, and reports in the CRM system.
Upload and update call logs and feedback regularly.
Explain and promote the Proho application to channel partners and clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and sourcing activities
Source and Sell resale properties via Channel Partner Network
Assist site visits with clients and CPs.
Convert prospects to deal closures
Onboard & Manage CP relationships
Share active inventory & offers
Track visits & closures in CRM
