Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Manager / Senior Manager - Regional Project lead (P&O Operations Integrations) In this role you will lead process documentation standardization and harmonization across P&O Operations while ensuring governance and compliance. You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support Regional Project lead in Service Integration workstream for APAC drive continuous improvement and enable effective service delivery. Responsibilities: - Document and map Operations processes in accordance with My P&O standards. - Train and onboard future My P&O Operations Analysts. - Complete knowledge transfer and codesign the future operational process model. - Participate in project testing as required. - Ensure that designed processes and technologies meet all governance compliance and control requirements within My P&O. - Support Regional Project lead in Kellanova Service Integration workstream for APAC - P&O Operations expertise including Process mapping Process standardisation and Endtoend process documentation. - Process management - Continuous improvement - Change management - Decisionmaking under ambiguity - Stakeholder management - Crossfunctional collaboration - Regional / global collaboration - Written and verbal communication - Knowledge management - Organisational and planning skills - Workstream coordination - Analytical thinking - Attention to detail - Process gap analysis - Process optimisation
