About the Internship
This is a hands-on, learn-by-doing internship. You will not be making coffee or formatting spreadsheets. You will run real campaigns, spend real money (small budgets), and see real results.
You will work directly with the founder and learn:
- How to run Meta Ads and Google Ads from scratch
- How to write copy that converts
- How to measure CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- How to grow a product from zero to thousands of users
- How to build a personal brand in growth marketing
This internship is for you if:
- You are obsessed with understanding why some ads work and others flop
- You have run at least one Instagram page, YouTube channel, or small campaign (even ₹500 counts)
- You can write clearly and persuasively in English
- You are comfortable with numbers and basic Excel/Google Sheets
- You are hungry to learn and willing to fail fast
This internship is NOT for you if:
- You want a certificate and a relaxed 10-to-5
- You have never posted anything online or spent any time understanding how ads work
- You need step-by-step instructions for every task
- You blame the algorithm when your content doesn't perform
What You Will Do: Organic Growth (Week 1–2)
- Research where job seekers hang out online (Reddit, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn groups)
- Post valuable content and engage genuinely in 3+ communities daily
- Write 2 guest post pitches per week for career blogs
- Help optimize our 6 free SEO tools for better Google ranking
Paid Growth (Week 3–4 onwards)
- Set up and manage small-budget Meta Ads campaigns (₹200–500/day) under supervision
- A/B test ad copy, images, and audiences
- Track results daily and kill losers fast
- Document learnings in a shared playbook
Content & Creative
- Write ad copy, social media captions, and email subject lines
- Create simple creatives using Canva (templates provided)
- Record screen recordings and basic UGC-style videos for ads
- Repurpose top-performing organic content into paid ads
Analytics & Reporting
- Track daily metrics: impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions
- Build a simple dashboard in Google Sheets
- Present weekly learnings: what worked, what didn't, what's next
Compensation Component Details Stipend ₹3,000 – ₹8,000/month (based on prior experience / proof of work) Commission: 5% – 10% of every subscription sale you generate. Performance Bonus: Additional bonus at 100, 500, and 1,000 new user milestones
Example: If you drive 10 yearly subscriptions ($299.99) in a month, your commission is ~$150 – $300 (₹12,500 – ₹25,000) on top of the stipend. Top interns have earned ₹30,000+/month.

Who We Are Looking ForMust-Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Has run at least ONE small marketing initiative: a Instagram page, a YouTube video, a college event promotion, a friend's business ad — anything with measurable results
- Can write 5 ad headlines for a product in 10 minutes
- Comfortable with basic math and Google Sheets
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Owns a laptop and stable internet
Nice-to-Have
- Basic Canva or CapCut skills
- Has taken a free Google Ads or Meta Blueprint course
- Understands what CAC, CTR, and conversion rate mean (or willing to learn in 48 hours)
- Active on social media with a sense of what content performs
Red Flags (We Will Reject)
- Resume says "digital marketing enthusiast" but zero proof of any initiative
- Cannot explain the difference between an ad and a post
- Unwilling to spend 2 hours learning a new tool independently
⚡ Candidate Challenge — Required
This challenge is designed to test your hustle and learning ability, not your existing knowledge.
Step 1: Research (30 minutes)
Visit invprp.com and download the app. Explore all features. Take screenshots of 3 things you find confusing or poorly explained.
Step 2: Write (45 minutes)
Pick ONE feature and complete both tasks:
Task A — Write 3 ad headlines Write 3 different Facebook/Instagram ad headlines for this feature. Each must be under 40 characters. One should use urgency, one should use curiosity, one should use a specific number.
Task B — Write a community post Write a Reddit post (title + body, max 150 words) that introduces this feature to r/jobs or r/careerguidance WITHOUT sounding like an ad. It should provide genuine value.
Step 3: Analyze (15 minutes)
Find ONE Instagram Reel or YouTube Short of a competitor in the interview prep / career space. Write 2 sentences on: (a) why you think it performed well, (b) one thing you would change.
