Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a highly creative and design-focused professional who can strengthen our visual brand presence across digital platforms.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Executive with a strong passion for creating visually appealing posters, advertisements, and social media creatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent design skills, a strong understanding of branding, and the ability to create engaging visual content that captures attention and drives audience engagement.

This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy designing impactful creatives while also managing and growing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Creative Development (Primary Responsibility)

Design high-quality posters, social media creatives, promotional campaigns, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, and marketing materials.
Create engaging ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Design reel covers, story creatives, event promotions, educational content, and awareness campaigns.
Develop visually compelling designs that align with the organization's brand identity.
Ensure consistency in design, typography, color schemes, and visual communication across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

Social Media Management

Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the content calendar.
Coordinate with internal teams to create relevant and engaging content.
Monitor engagement, audience interactions, and content performance.
Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates to improve reach and engagement.

Branding & Visual Identity

Support the development and enhancement of brand identity across digital and offline channels.
Ensure all creative assets reflect the brand's tone, values, and messaging.
Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen brand visibility and recognition.

Trend Research & Creative Innovation

Research competitor campaigns, design trends, and industry best practices.
Identify trending content formats and creative approaches for healthcare and education audiences.
Suggest fresh design concepts and campaign ideas that improve audience engagement.

Skills Required:

Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio of poster and creative designs.
Proficiency in Canva (Mandatory).
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Bonus).
Knowledge of SEO.
Minimum Experience in website handling.
Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create professional and engaging social media creatives independently.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
Good understanding of social media content formats and ad creative requirements.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Any Degree.
Freshers with exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Portfolio submission is mandatory (academic, freelance, internship, or personal projects accepted).

Added Advantage:

Basic video editing skills for Reels, Shorts, and social media content.
Knowledge of content writing and caption creation.
Experience in healthcare, education, or service-based industries.
Understanding of social media advertising creatives.
