Accounts Executive

Description

As an Accounts Executive at Innovins, you’ll handle day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate records, manage invoices, and assist with monthly financial reporting. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client payments.
Assist with GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Maintain proper documentation of bills and financial records.
Coordinate with CA and auditors during filing and audits.
Generate monthly financial summaries and reports.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments from clients.

Qualifications & Experience

1–3 years of experience in accounts or finance roles.
Knowledge of accounting principles and Indian tax compliance (GST, TDS).
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or any cloud-based accounting software.
Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
