Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Panchkula, Sector 16 (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time

Salary - 15000 to 18000 fixed per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor records and manage entry/exit logs
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Provide basic information to visitors and guide them appropriately
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
Ensure office security procedures are followed at the front desk

These responsibilities align with common front office duties like managing calls, greeting visitors, maintaining records, and handling administrative support.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in front desk/reception/admin role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Presentable personality with a professional attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
