Industry Semis – Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation
Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as a Senior Consultant, Industry Semis, where you will lead digital transformation initiatives across product lifecycle management environments. In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and support of PLM solutions for complex client needs within the semiconductor industry. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into scalable business and technology solutions, deliver high-quality work products within project timelines, and support implementation activities across the solution lifecycle.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Industry Semis on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting semiconductor clients through business and technology transformation initiatives across product lifecycle and operational environments.
- Serve as a functional subject matter resource for semiconductor industry transformation initiatives involving product engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Analyze current-state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and status meetings to support requirement gathering, decision-making, and delivery alignment.
- Support end-to-end PLM transformation activities, including solution design, implementation planning, configuration support, testing coordination, training, and adoption activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business, technology, onsite, and offshore teams to deliver work products within project timelines and quality expectations.

Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 8-10 years of experience working with PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, or PTC Windchill
- Experience supporting semiconductor industry processes across manufacturing, product engineering, and supply chain functions
- Experience performing business process mapping, process analysis, and functional requirement documentation
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications for technology delivery teams
- Experience supporting end-to-end PLM implementation or upgrade projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration support, and user training
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience with data migration or system integration activities involving PLM platforms
- Experience with CAD, CAM, or CAE tools such as NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
- Experience with cloud-based PLM deployment models or software-as-a-service environments
- Experience supporting organizational change management, training, or user enablement activities
- Experience integrating PLM platforms with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or Oracle
