Full job description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team immediately. You will own features end-to-end -from architecture decisions to production deployments - and play a key role in shaping our engineering culture. If you thrive on solving hard problems and take pride in clean, scalable code, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend systems.
Architect and manage event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ (message queues, exchanges, routing).
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and uphold engineering best practices.
Debug, optimise, and take ownership of production systems end-to-end.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (4+ years preferred).
Hands-on, production-level experience with RabbitMQ - mandatory.
Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
High ownership mindset: you see tasks through from start to finish without hand-holding.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Work location: Remote (WFH) or On-site (WFO) - flexible arrangement available.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
