Full job description

1. Customer Reception & Service

Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
Attend walk-in customers and manage appointments.
Provide information regarding salon services, packages & offers.
Ensure a pleasant customer experience from arrival to departure.

2. Appointment Management

Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Maintain the appointment calendar efficiently.
Coordinate with stylists, beauticians, and technicians regarding appointments.

3. Billing & Cash Handling

Generate accurate bills for all services and products.
Collect payments through cash, card, UPI, and other approved methods.
Maintain daily cash collections and billing records.
Ensure proper reconciliation of cash and sales at the end of the day.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain customer records and databases.
Conduct follow-up calls for appointments, feedback, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

5. Retail Product Sales

Promote and sell salon retail products.
Explain product benefits and usage to customers.
Achieve retail sales targets assigned by management.

6. Branch Coordination

Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Inform staff regarding appointments and customer requirements.
Assist in managing customer flow during peak hours.

7. Administrative Duties

Maintain attendance records and daily reports.
Update customer information and service records.
Manage branch communication and documentation.
Maintain files, registers, and operational records.

8. Inventory Support

Monitor retail product stock levels.
Inform management regarding low stock items and place order accordingly.
Assist in stock verification and inventory audits.

9. Housekeeping & Presentation

Ensure reception and waiting areas remain clean and organized.
Monitor customer amenities such as refreshments, magazines, and promotional materials.
Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
