Position: Python AI Developer
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Noida, Sector- 63
Employment Type: Full-Time
Graduation Year: 2022 or Earlier

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python AI Developer with hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, modern AI frameworks, Generative AI technologies, and cloud-native deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
Build and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM-based architectures.
Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI (mandatory) and Django.
Implement intelligent workflows and agent-based systems using LangGraph.
Work with Vector Databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for production-grade applications.
Design and manage database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver AI-driven products.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Required SkillsCore Technologies

Strong hands-on experience with Python
Strong expertise in FastAPI (Mandatory)
Experience with Django
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL Databases

AI & Generative AI

Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Experience working with LangGraph
Experience with Vector Databases
Understanding of LLM integration and prompt engineering

Cloud & DevOps

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Hands-on experience with Docker
Working knowledge of Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI agents and workflow orchestration.
Knowledge of LangChain and LLM frameworks.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Exposure to model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of relevant experience in Python and AI development.
Graduation year must be 2022 or earlier.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment.
