Job Overview: We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer who understands how to leverage the power of AI coding tools to build scalable web applications efficiently using a Node.js, React, and Postgres tech stack. Instead of writing everything from scratch, you will practice "Vibe Engineering"—using AI pairs like Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex to rapidly generate, iterate, and refine high-quality code under the guidance of senior team members.
This role is perfect for a tech-savvy early-career developer who excels at prompt engineering, context management, and systems thinking, while maintaining a rock-solid grasp of foundational software engineering principles like databases, automated testing, and deployment.

AI-Driven Development: Build, extend, and scale full-stack web applications featuring React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend by collaborating with modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).

Testing Automation & Quality: Design, write, and maintain comprehensive unit tests and automated test suites. You will leverage AI tools to rapidly generate robust test coverage to ensure high code quality and regression-free builds.

Architecture & Scalability: Work under the guidance of senior engineering members to ensure the AI-generated code conforms to scalable, clean, and secure architecture patterns.

Code Reviews & Quality: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure the codebase remains maintainable, reliable, and free of architectural debt.

Database Management: Structure and manage data effectively using Postgres and modern ORMs like Prisma to design, query, and handle database layers.

Deployment & DevOps: Containerize applications using Docker and assist in maintaining and deploying applications across staging and production environments.

System Maintenance: Debug, patch, and optimize existing applications using AI tools for rapid troubleshooting.
AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on, prior experience using AI-augmented development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot/Codex) to build real-world web applications.
Core Technical Knowledge: Clear foundational understanding of Node.js and React.
Database & ORM Skills: Good grasp of relational databases, specifically Postgres, and experience mapping data using ORMs like Prisma.
Testing Mindset: Understanding of automated testing principles, with a strong emphasis on writing clean unit tests to validate your code.
DevOps Basics: Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts for deployment.
Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to look at AI-generated code critically, spot logical fallacies, and steer the AI toward the right solution.
Coachability: Eagerness to learn from senior engineers and align AI workflows with enterprise-grade engineering standards.
