Full job description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager – Interior with a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, the ability to generate new business opportunities, and experience in managing interior fit-out projects from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable interior solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior sales, business development, or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of interior fit-out materials and project execution.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preference: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
